Alexandria 0.6.7 released

This bugfix release repairs the recently broken Amazon provider.

Added auto-completion for tags in Book Properties.
Amazon queries now use a Associate Tag, a new requirement of Amazon's Product Advertising API. Thanks to Stephen McCamant for providing the patch.

Users of Debian or Ubuntu GNU/Linux variants can download alexandria_0.6.7_all.deb and install it with sudo dpkg --install alexandria_0.6.7_all.deb
