Alexandria
Alexandria is a GNOME application to help you manage your book collection.
It is written in Ruby and is free software, distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (version 2 or later).

- 2011-11-07Due to changes in the latest
ruby-gnome2, packaged with Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric), Alexandria no longer works on that platform. A new bugfix release is planned to fix this issue. - 2011-11-03A new bugfix version, simply fixing Amazon support has been released. Download the new release from RubyForge now, or use the Alexandria Team PPA.
- 2010-06-21A new final version, fixing dozens of bugs since 0.6.5 and incorporating a few user-interface usability improvements. Download the new release from RubyForge now.
New features and future development are being carried out in a separate project called Palatina. It’s a complete re-write, and is currently at an early stage of functionality.
