Alexandria 0.6.9 released
A new bugfix version, making Alexandria available on Ubuntu 12.04 again has been released. Download the new release from RubyForge now, or use the Alexandria Team PPA.

Alexandria won't run on Ubuntu 11.10
Due to changes in the latest ruby-gnome2, packaged with Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric), Alexandria no longer works on that platform. A new bugfix release is planned to fix this issue.

A new bugfix version, simply fixing Amazon support has been released. Download the new release from RubyForge now, or use the Alexandria Team PPA.

New features and future development are being carried out in a separate project called Palatina. It’s a complete re-write, and is currently at an early stage of functionality.
